15 Tasty Gluten-Free Brunch Recipes

If you’re looking for tasty, gluten-free brunch recipes, I’ve got you covered. Over the past 10 years of writing this blog, I’ve amassed some great brunch recipes. All my recipes are free from gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley.

I hope you feel inspired to whip up something delicious for yourself or your gluten-challenged friends. All of these recipes are safe for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and non-celiac gluten sensitivity.

(1) Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls

(2) Gluten-Free Cinnamon Roll Bites

If cinnamon rolls seem too hard, try these shortcut gluten-free cinnamon roll bites instead. They’re much easier to make even through they require similar ingredients as my trusty cinnamon rolls featured above. I covered my cinnamon roll bites with a to-die-for sweet cream cheese frosting – a must!

(3) Gluten-Free Pumpkin Scones

These soft and tender gluten-free pumpkin scones are perfect for fall brunches or any time you crave pumpkin. Serve them with coffee or tea for a delightful, upscale, gluten-free brunch affair. They’re also perfect for wedding and baby shower brunches.

A favorite brunch food among Ashkenazi Jews is blintzes, which are crepe-like pancakes filled with a sweet cheese filling, although you could fill it with cherry pie filling or potatoes instead. These cheese blintzes are reminiscent of the blintzes you ate before you had to go gluten-free.
