I make a pretty awesome gluten free hot and sour soup. I use a gluten free Tamari ( San-J), sesame oil, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, cabbage and a vegetable broth. Cubed firm tofu and a drizzle of beaten room temp egg finish it off.
