Today I’m going to talk about how you can heal your gut for good! That’s right, for good!
I’ve spent months creating this free ecourse called the Heal Your Gut Challenge. It’s a seven-day ecourse where I challenge you to implement one healing strategy each day in an effort to heal your gut – and whole body – for life. All the challenges come from strategies I implemented on myself in an attempt to heal from celiac disease. Each and every challenge contributed to helping me put my celiac disease into remission.
As you can imagine, so many Americans suffer from a variety of painful and embarrassing gut-related issues including bloating, gas, constipation and diarrhea. Blech!
I personally believe if you focus on healing your gut, you can then heal your whole body.

How It All Started
I believe that all disease begins in the gut. If you can restore your gut health, you can transform your entire health and well-being.
I’ve been gluten-free since my celiac diagnosis in April 2012. After years of eating gluten-free, I still suffered from painful bloating and constant gas. I knew there had to be more to restoring my gut health than the gluten-free diet.
After years of suffering in silence, I decided to do something about my gut health. I read a ton of books and enrolled in a year-long program to become a certified holistic health and nutrition coach. I spent more than a year intensely studying gut health.
I developed the Heal Your Gut Challenge to share what I learned (and what I did to heal my gut) so you, too, can restore your gut health and get your life back.
Do You Have Poor Gut Health?
I encourage you to read more about the importance of gut health and what it matters. I promise you, your gut is in charge of your whole body health. My husband will often say, “I my wife ain’t happy, no one in the house is happy.” It’s true for your gut too. If your gut ain’t happy, your body can’t be happy either and your health inevitably suffers.

Read Each Email: Everyday for the next seven days, you will receive one email with information about a specific challenge you can implement to restore your gut health. You then incorporate each challenge into your life. Each challenge will build on the previous challenge, and eventually the challenge will lead you towards your final destination of a happy, healthy gut!
Take Each Email to Heart: Some of the challenges will be easy, others will be life-changing. Do one at a time and don’t give up. If one challenge doesn’t work for you, don’t do it. Just remember, don’t scrap the entire thing just because you don’t want to do one of the challenges. Each challenge will bring you closer to healing your gut. Don’t give up.
