This recipe is one of the top recipes on the blog. It’s inspired by My Gluten Free Kitchen and tastes like a Mrs. Field’s cookie. Yummy.
I highly recommend doubling the batter and freezing half the dough. Always good to have cookie dough on hand when that chocolate chip craving hits you.

(4) Overnight Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies
For a flour-free version of the classic chocolate chip cookie, I suggest making chocolate chip meringue cookies. These cookies are made from whipped egg whites, sugar, vanilla and chocolate chips.
Here’s how you make them: Preheat your oven, then, when you put the cookies inside, turn off the oven and let them sit in the oven overnight to slowly cook. When you do this, you’ll end up with a crispy cookie on the outside and a soft and chewy cookie on the inside. Yummy!

I personally love ZenSweet’s Monk Fruit Sweetener because it measures 1:1 with sugar and the taste is not overly sweet like other monk fruit sweeteners. You can this particular brand of monk fruit in any cookie recipe as a 1:1 sugar substitute.
(5) Three-Bite Almond Flour Cookies
I love these cookies. And honestly, I bet you could eat these three-bite almond flour cookies in just two bites. These cookies are popular on the Good For You Gluten Free blog, and with good reason: They’re yummy and offer up a healthier version of the classic chocolate chip cookie.
