Get excited because it’s time for another Love Me Gluten Free box reveal!
My July 2024 gluten-free subscription box is filled to the brim with delicious and safe gluten-free products you can enjoy at your next Summer Cookout.
Every box has a theme, so I thought it would be appropriate to deliver a box of gluten-free Summer Cookout goodies just in time for the 4th of July.
Every box includes 8-10 items + a special Mystery Gift, which I’ll reveal at the end of this post.
One of my goals is to include brands you know and love as well as feature smaller, up-and-coming brands. You’ll see a good mix in this box for sure!
Please be sure to take advantage of the coupons offered by many of these brands. They expire soon, so hurry!
Bone Suckin’ Sauce BBQ Spice Rub
Who doesn’t love a good spice rub to jazz up burgers, fish, ribs, and more? Bone Suckin‘ Sauce makes delicious BBQ sauces and spice blends that will bring the heat to your summer BBQs.
I included one of its most popular – and tasty – rubs in the July box. If you get a chance, I recommend trying one of their award-winning sauces, too.

Canyon Bakehouse Burger Buns
No summer cookout is complete without burgers and buns, and Canyon Bakehouse is making that possible today! These burger buns taste delicious when they’re slightly toasted with a pat of butter for good measure. Don’t forget that Canyon Bakehouse also makes tasty hot dog buns!

Fair & Square Honey Crackers
Fair & Square is on a mission to nourish your gut. Their crackers are gluten-free, dairy-free, and top 9 allergen-friendly so that you can snack happily without causing pain. I included the honey crackers, which are kissed with a hint of sweetness. You can enjoy them as an appetizer with dips or for dessert topped with roasted mini marshmallows.

Kize Protein Bars
I‘m picky when it comes to bars. There are so many to choose from, and most gluten-free people think of bars as “emergency food.” However, I was surprised at how much I liked Kize bars, and I wanted my subscribers to experience the magic, too.
Each protein bar is made with clean ingredients you can pronounce, and their manufacturing facility is 100% gluten-free. Find them at Sprouts and online. There are more than a dozen flavors to choose from.

Little GF Chefs Chocolate Cake Mix
Little GF Chefs (affiliate link) makes certified gluten-free and kid-friendly baking kits and mixes. Each kit comes with a baking tool, all of the dry ingredients, and the decorating supplies needed to make a tasty treat.
I’ve tried the Unicorn Donuts and Animal Crackers Baking Kits and loved them! I included their new Chocolate Cake Mix inside the July box. You can use it to make cupcakes, cake pops, or even ice cream sandwiches. It’s so good, and you can feel good knowing that you’re getting in on sampling these new baking mixes as they are launching. These mixes are the bomb!

Rummo Penne Pasta
If you haven’t tried Rummo pasta yet, you’re in for a real – and authentic – treat! This award-winning pasta has the perfect taste and texture, allowing you to use it in your favorite BBQ dishes – whether it’s classic mac and cheese, pesto pasta, or an Italian pasta salad.
Be sure to look for the bags with the certified gluten-free label.
Visit pastarummo.it/us for inspiration and recipes, and use the store locator to find them near you. I’ve spotted them at Whole Foods.
Tessemae’s Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing
Tessemae’s makes 12 certified gluten-free dressings, and all of their dressings are organic, non-GMO, dairy-free, and kosher. So get ready to enjoy your greens this summer with this yummy salad topper!
Find Tessemae’s at select Whole Foods and Kroger stores or online at tessemaes.com. Look for them in the refrigerated section of the produce aisle.
Uglies Kettle Potato Chips
Uglies Kettle Chips are crafted from upcycled potatoes with slight imperfections. Some chips may have cosmetic challenges, but they’re all delicious, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway! Check out all seven fun flavors at ugliessnacks.com. Use the store locator to find them near you.
WOW Lemon Burst Cookies
WOW Baking Company makes soft-baked cookies in a dedicated gluten-free facility. The company’s founder, Susan Howe, is a trained culinary baker who loves coming up with new recipes, and we are the beneficiaries of her hard work!
I included the Lemon Burst Cookies in the July box to add a little zest to a gluten-free summer cookout. Enjoy!

Mystery Gift: Farmer’s Market Mesh Bags
This month’s Mystery Gift is a little different. It’s a Farmer’s Market Mesh Produce Bag. It holds a lot of produce and is reusable, so load it up and support your local farmer’s markets. My local Farmer’s Market in Colorado requires reusable bags, and I personally think you can never have too many!
