In this episode, youโll meet Chef Jennifer Scism, a long-time foodie with a passion for cooking. When she lost her corporate job in the early 90s, she enrolled in The French Culinary Institute and worked in a variety of restaurants in New York City, including her own, and even competed on Iron Chef.
After years of the daily grind, Chef Jennifer sought out a quieter life in Maine. It didnโt take long, though, before she started her next venture, Good To-Go, a brand that creates clean, gluten-free, chef-inspired dehydrated camping meals that require only hot water. They are truly good to go!
Chef Jennifer shares her journey from big city chef to small town business owner, how her [mostly] gluten-intolerant husband is why her meals are naturally gluten-free, and she shares whatโs in store for this emerging outdoor food brand.
