If you haven’t heard, there’s a new gluten-free subscription box in town that is making it fun to discover new products and brands when you have celiac disease and gluten intolerance.
The subscription box is called Love Me Gluten Free, and I (Jenny) founded it in April 2024 to ensure the gluten-free community has access to a safe box of goodies curated by people who know and deeply understand what it’s like to have celiac disease.
I loved curating the October 2024 box because the theme, “Fall in Love,” enabled me to include all sorts of fun fall flavors. I also included many products I know you’ll “fall in love” with, too.
Many brands featured in the box provided bonus coupons that they said I could share with my greater community (you). So check out each brand and take advantage of these lovely coupons before they expire. All coupon codes are marked with an 👉 emoji.
Our October box is sold out (and all of our prior boxes have sold out fast), so be sure to join the Love Me Gluten Free waitlist to be the first to be notified when we open our cart next.
Without further ado, here’s what you’ll find inside the October 2024 Love Me Gluten Free subscription box:
DryBox Persimmon Chips
Drybox makes organic dried fruits and fruit chips. I fell in love with this brand’s exotic fruit collection. They are the only ones I know of making dried mulberries and persimmon chips, which I included inside the October box.
Persimmons are a popular fruit in Asia, and their season is very short (October-December). I hope you enjoy taste-testing something new and delicious! All Drybox products are non-GMO, certified vegan, and kosher.

Ethel’s Cinnamon Crumble Dessert Bar
Ethel’s Baking Company transforms classic pies into delightful dessert bars. Each bar is crafted from scratch and is always certified gluten-free and kosher.
Last month, I featured the Lemon Crumble bar, and this month, I’m introducing the amazing Cinnamon Crumble Dessert Bar. You can purchase Ethel’s bars online or find select flavors at Sprouts, Target, and Whole Foods.

Flapjacked Muffin Cup
The FlapJacked story started when two desperate parents went on a mission to recreate a healthy version of their autistic son’s favorite foods. After 65+ versions, they developed nutritious, easy-to-prepare, protein-packed pancake and muffin mixes.
Because fall is the start of banana bread season, I thought subscribers might enjoy a banana chocolate chip muffin cup. It’s ready in seconds, and each cup contains 20 grams of protein!

Lundberg Apple Pie Minis (Rice Cakes)
Lundberg Family Farms is one of the brands that I feel good supporting. They are hyper-focused on creating rice that is healthy for our bodies and the planet.
All Lundberg products are Regenerative Organic Certified®, which means they employ regenerative organic farming practices that build soil health, support biodiversity, and are more resilient in the face of climate change. They’re also USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and certified gluten-free.
The Apple Pie Minis are available at Sprouts. Visit lundberg.com to find other products near you.
Mary’s Gone Cheeze Crackers
Mary’s Gone Crackers is a trusted brand of gluten-free crackers, and you’ve probably tried their seed-based crackers already. I bet, however, you haven’t tried Mary’s NEW Cheezee cracker.
In the spirit of sampling, I included either the Cheddar or Cheese & Herb flavored Cheezee in your box and can’t wait for you to be one of the first to try ‘em. These crackers are non-GMO, organic, kosher, certified vegan, and certified gluten-free.
Mary’s is found at grocery stores nationwide. Use the store locator at marysgonecrackers.com to find them near you.
Mi-DEL Ginger Snap Cookies
MI-DEL’s Gluten-Free Ginger Snaps capture the essence of fall in every bite. With just the right balance of ginger and that satisfying snap, these cookies bring all the warm cozy vibes.
Whether enjoyed with a warm drink or on their own, they’re a perfect treat. Plus, they’re non-GMO and kosher, making them a great indulgence for everyone.
Find MI-DEL cookies and pie crusts at Whole Foods, Walmart, or find a retailer near you at midelcookies.com.
Snow Days Pizza Bites
The October box includes a free BONUS in-store coupon for Snow Days Pizza Bites. The company uses only organic, grain-free, gluten-free, and pronounceable ingredients like real cheese!
The pizza bites come in five flavors: cheese, pepperoni, taco, sausage, and buffalo chicken, and they make a great fall afternoon snack.
Snow Days is available at Whole Foods and Sprouts. Use the store locator at snowdays.com to find them near you.
StroopClub Stroopwafels
StroopClub was founded by a couple from the Netherlands who wanted to bring this classic Dutch treat to the U.S.
Stroopwafels are cinnamon-y waffle cookies with a Dutch caramel filling. I highly recommend warming one over a cup of coffee or tea and enjoying it for breakfast. StroopClub stroopwafels are (pea)nut-free, organic, dairy-free, and kosher-certified.

Sweet Chaos Drizzled Popcorn
Calling all popcorn lovers!! You’ve gotta check out Sweet Chaos. They use non-GMO popcorn popped in coconut oil, which adds a creamy richness to each kernel. It’s also free from preservatives and gluten.
I included either the Pumpkin Spice or Candy Corn-drizzled popcorn in the October box, but you gotta check out all the fun flavors on the Sweet Chaos website.
Check out the store locator at sweetchaos.com/locate to find a retailer near you.
Top Fox Snacks Pumpkin Seeds
I’m excited to introduce you to Top Fox Snacks. The company grows organic, non-GMO pumpkins on American farms (vs. China, where 80-90% of pumpkin seeds come from).
After harvesting the seeds, Top Fox uses a unique pop-roasted process, which results in a nutty, crunchy seed. Enjoy them as a high-protein mid-day snack or in your morning oatmeal. Yum!

Tummydrops Ginger Lozenges
Tummydrops were developed by a Gastroenterologist to harness the power of tummy-settling ginger inside a simple organic lozenge. If you suffer from occasional tummy upset or enjoy ginger to help aid digestion, you’ll love Tummydrops.
I included the Fall Harvest lozenges in the October box, but they also come in other tasty flavors. All Tummydrops are certified gluten-free, organic, and kosher.

ZEGO Double Protein Oats
ZEGO is committed to working exclusively with oat farmers who use a Purity Protocol growing method to prevent gluten cross-contamination of oats from seed to field to bag. The raw oats are also cold-pressed to ensure their proteins and enzymes remain intact. One serving of ZEGO’s Double Protein Oats contains 10 grams of protein!
October subscribers got to enjoy a big bag of the Double Protein oats. I have no doubt ZEGO will soon be a go-to brand for safe, gluten-free oats.
