Jenny Finke is the founder of Good For You Gluten Free and writes about all-things gluten-free — mainly educational information, recipes and restaurant reviews. She loves to help her readers understand what is happening to their bodies when they eat gluten, and how they can deal with the day-to-day challenges this “diet” presents.
Jenny is an experienced writer, marketer and certified integrative nutrition coach. She was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012 and intimately knows what it’s like to battle the gluten-free stigma.
Megan Hastings helps develop recipes and create stunning imagery of those recipes exclusively for Good For You Gluten Free. Megan is a self-trained baker from Chicago who writes her own blog, A Dash of Megnut (where you can find even more recipes!). Her recipes are classic, taste-tested and carefully curated and presented.
