Jenny is an experienced writer, marketer and certified integrative nutrition coach. She was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012 and intimately knows what it’s like to battle the gluten-free stigma.

Megan is a self-trained baker from Chicago who writes her own blog, A Dash of Megnut (where you can find even more recipes!). Her recipes are classic, taste-tested and carefully curated and presented. Megan was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2013 and exclusively bakes gluten free with no exception.
