As many of you know, I started a gluten-free subscription box in April 2023. I did it because there wasn’t a safe gluten-free subscription box available. The only one I knew about, which I ordered, sent me a bunch of junky products and, gasp!, gluten. I could tell the box wasn’t curated by someone who knows and lives the gluten-free lifestyle.
