½cupyogurt of choiceI used dairy-free So Delicious Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions
Line a small baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
Wash and dry the blueberries, then combine the blueberries and yogurt in a small bowl until all the blueberries are coated in the yogurt.
Use a spoon to individually drop the yogurt covered blueberries onto the prepared baking sheet into a single layer.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least an hour or until the yogurt has hardened.
Serve or store in a freezer-safe container until ready to eat.
Notes
Alternative Method: Instead of coating all the blueberries in the yogurt at once, you could dip them one-by-one using a toothpick inserted into the middle of the blueberry, then dip each blueberry in the yogurt.Look for blueberries that are fresh and plump. Make sure the blueberries are dry before dipping into the yogurt or else the yogurt won't stick to the blueberries.I used dairy-free vanilla-flavored yogurt but you could use any yogurt of choice. A thicker yogurt will "stick" better to the blueberries. For variety, you can add toppings to the coated blueberries, including mini chocolate chips, granola, or finely chopped nuts. Add any toppings before the yogurt sets in the freezer. Each serving is a 1/2 cup of blueberries. Feel free to double or triple this recipe.I like to portion the blueberries into snack bags to enjoy as desired.
