- 3-4 stalks organic kale
- 2 stalks organic celery
- 1/3 organic English cucumber
- 1 chunk fresh pineapple (about 3-4 inches cubed) - peeled
- 1/2 lemon -peeled but leave some of the white pith
- 1 inch ginger - peeled
Wash and prepare all your ingredients.
Run each ingredient through your juicer one-by-one, using the cucumber and celery to push through the kale stalks.
