  • 3-4 stalks organic kale
  • 2 stalks organic celery
  • 1/3 organic English cucumber
  • 1 chunk fresh pineapple (about 3-4 inches cubed) - peeled
  • 1/2 lemon -peeled but leave some of the white pith
  • 1 inch ginger - peeled


  • Wash and prepare all your ingredients.
  • Run each ingredient through your juicer one-by-one, using the cucumber and celery to push through the kale stalks.
  • Enjoy immediately!
