This refreshing blueberry banana spinach smoothie is made in minutes in your high-speed blender and is creamy and delicious. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a midday snack.
Place frozen blueberries, frozen banana, fresh spinach and flaxseed in a blender, add the Silk Soymilk and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into two glasses and serve immediately.

If you use fresh blueberries or a fresh banana, add ice cubes to the blender to help thicken the smoothie and keep it cold.You can use chia seeds instead of flaxseed in this recipe.If you want to prep ahead, add blueberries, banana, and spinach leaves to a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze until ready to blend. Dump the frozen ingredients in the blender along with the flaxseed and soymilk and blend.If your smoothie is too thick, add up to an additional ¼ cup of soy milk and continue blending.You can use another dairy-free milk alternative instead of soymilk.
