Enjoy these delicious and flavorful Asian Meatball Bowls as an easy weeknight meal the family will love. Savory Asian sauce tops these juicy turkey meatballs and it's served with fresh vegetables, including my mango-radish salsa.

Preheat oven to 400º F and lightly grease a baking sheet with oil. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic, 1 green onion, egg, and sesame oil. Mix well by hand (using gloves).
Using wet hands, form mixture into medium-sized meatballs (about 16 meatballs) and place them on baking sheet.
Bake for about 17 minutes, flipping the meatballs halfway. They are done when the centers are no longer pink and the balls are juicy.
Sauce
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Mango-Radish Salsa
Combine mango, radish, onions and lime juice in a large bowl and mix together. Add salt to taste.
Assemble bowls
Place prepared rice on the bottom of a bowl or plate, then top with meatballs, shredded carrots, edamame and mango-radish salsa. Drizzle Asian sauce on top and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
