Notes
Mini Donuts with Icing: To make the donuts in your mini-donut maker, combine together in a medium bowl the following ingredients and cook according to the instructions provided the manufacturer (I cooked the donuts for about 1-2 minutes, working in batches).
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
Once the donuts are cooked and cool, add icing. Combine 1 cup of powdered sugar + 1/2 tsp of vanilla + 1 tbsp of water until it's a thick but smooth consistency, separate icing into bowls and add desired food coloring, then dip each donut into the icing. Place donuts on a wire rack to allow the icing to set and drip off.Edible Cookie Dough: Find my Edible Cookie Dough recipe at https://www.goodforyouglutenfree.com/easy-edible-cookie-dough/
