This peanut butter and chocolate s'mores bark rcipe is so fun to make and tastes so good too. This recipe requires no baking, only four ingredients, and little fuss.
Cover a small baking sheet (11"x7") with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in your microwave on 30-second intervals on medium heat, stirring between each interval.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter for 30 seconds on medium heat until smooth and soft.
Spread the melted chocolate over the top of the parchment-lined baking sheet. It doesn't have to be perfect, just try to spread it evenly.
Add dollops of the peanut butter over the top of the chocolate spread, then use a toothpick to smear the peanut butter around to form fun designs.
Top the melted chocolate with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows. Use the palm of your hands to gently press everything into the chocolate mixture.
Place the baking sheet in your fridge for one hour before breaking it into pieces and eating. Store leftover bark in a zip-top bag in your fridge. Enjoy!
