  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)


  • Wash and prepare all ingredients.
  • Add ingredients to your juicer, one by one. Use the cucumber and stalks to push down the spinach leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
