Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 5-10 large mint leaves
  • 2 kale leaves (do not destem)
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all ingredients.
  • Put all ingredients through juicer one-by-one (use the cucumber to help push through the mint).
  • Serve immediately.
