Minty Mojito in a Mug

Happy celebrations with this delicious minty mojito in a mug. It's a refreshing drink to enjoy year round and rum is naturally gluten-free (it's derived from cane sugar) so there's no worry of gluten here!

12 mint leaves

1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about two limes)

12 grapes (plus more for garnish)

1 cup crushed ice

1/2 Tbsp. honey or agave

1.5 oz. rum

2 oz. sparkling mineral water or club soda


In a mason jar mug or tall glass, muddle together mint leaves and fresh lime for about 10 seconds.

Add grapes and continue to muddle for an additional 20 seconds.

Add crushed ice to the top of the mug.

Add honey or agave, rum and sparkling mineral water.

Stir well and garnish with grapes skewered on a stick.
