This soup is a crowd pleaser. Made with farm fresh ingredients, it's also a special elixir to heal anything that ails you.
Gluten Free chicken broth (as much as needed to cover all the other ingredients)
2-4 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
3-4 diced potatoes
1/2 finely grated/minced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
3-4 diced carrots
3-4 leaves of kale torn into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine broth, chicken breasts, potatoes, onion, garlic cloves, carrots and kale in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on a rolling boil for 30-40 minutes,
Serve it up hot!
