Enjoy this spicy green smoothie as a meal replacement or snack. It's a great way to pack in the nutrients and give your digestive system a rest too!
2 kale leaves, washed and destemmed
1/4 inch ginger root, peeled
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup water
Pinch cayenne pepper
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend well!
