Try this delicious green juice recipe and start healing your gut and boosting your immune system within minutes!

Ingredients

3-4 stalks of organic kale

2 stalks of organic celery

1/3 organic English cucumber

1 chunk of fresh pineapple (about 3-4 inches cubed) - peeled

1/2 lemon -peeled but leave some of the white pith

1 inch ginger - peeled

Directions

Wash and prepare all your ingredients.

Run each ingredient through your juicer one-by-one, using the cucumber and celery to push through the kale stalks.

Enjoy immediately!

So refreshing and flavorful! If experimenting with other fruits and vegetables, try to juice 3 vegetables to every 1 fruit. It's important to keep your sugar intake low. Build up to the 3:1 ratio.
