In need of a quick and easy appetizer? Try creating a fun cheese platter loaded with your favorite cheeses and crackers as well as fresh fruits and olives. Add sliced meats, dried fruits, nuts and chocolates to add your own personal touch to the cheese platter. Use lots of layers, colors and textures to create a fun snack board. Size up and down depending on how many people you need to feed.

Ingredients

Variety of cheeses - this tray includes a Spanish cheese sampler (Iberico, Cabra Al Vino, and Manchego) as well as Pepper Jack and Dutch Gouda

Variety of fruits - this tray includes grapes, as well as sliced green apples, pears and persimmons (use whatever you have readily available)

Greek olive melody

Gluten-free rice crackers

Directions

On a board (use a cutting board, serving platter or baking sheet) layer each item until board is covered.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
