Breakfast Rice Bowl with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

This quick and easy recipe offers up a wholesome and balanced breakfast. Prepare the rice in seconds and layer it with my delicious roasted red pepper sauce, a cool avocado, and protein-rich fried egg. This recipe is sponsored by Minute Ready to Serve Rice.

1 cup of Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice, heated as instructed

2-4 Tbsps. roasted red pepper sauce (see recipe gallery for directions)

1 fried egg, cooked to preference

1/2 avocado, sliced

1 lime wedge

Pinch Kosher salt


Add cooked rice to bottom of a bowl.

On half of the rice, add roasted red pepper sauce and top with fried egg.

Add sliced avocado to bowl, topped with a squeeze of lime and Kosher salt.

Serve immediately.

Treat the brown rice as the canvas to any breakfast bowl you desire! The possibilities are endless...
