Asian Turkey Burger Sliders

These gluten free turkey burger sliders are juicy and full of flavor!

Ingredients

1-1.5 lbs organic ground turkey

1/4 cup gluten free panko bread crumbs

2 chopped scallions (white and green parts)

2 tablespoons tamari sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well by hand.

Shape meat into mini burgers (sliders). Set aside.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Add sliders, do not crowd pan.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Serve with a gluten-free bun, or over rice (I served it over black rice that I cooked in my rice cooker).
