Group Gluten-Free Cooking Class/Workshop
Jenny believes that community should be at the heart of those who share the gluten-free diet. That’s why Jenny offers monthly 90-minute cooking classes in her south Denver home for a select number of participants (limit 8 per class). Monday, April 24, 2017 – 6:00 – 7:30 pm – Let’s Make Gluten-Free Pasta ($50)
You’ll learn how to make your own gluten-free pasta from scratch, homemade marinara as well as sample some exciting gluten-free pasta alternatives!
Sunday, May 21, 2017 – 11:00 – 12:30 pm – Get Juicing ($25)
You’ll learn how to make delicious juices that will help you improve your skin, give your immune system a boost, and deter diseases like cancer and diabetes. If you’re juice-curious and want to learn more about the health benefits of juicing as well as how to juice, this class is for you. We’ll be sampling some delicious concoctions and you’ll have the opportunity to create your very own juice recipe too!
July/August TBD – Farmer’s Market Special! Pickles & Pico ($50)
You’ll learn how to make your own lacto-fermented pickles and will get to take home a jar of homemade pickles to enjoy. You’ll also get to make your own farmstand pico de gallo using heirloom tomatoes and other goodies found at the local farmer’s markets!
