Last month, I asked Good For You Gluten Free blog subscribers to share with me their top challenges when it comes to their health and gluten-free diet. Boy did I get an earful!
I learned that so many of you are following a gluten-free diet, yet you’re not feeling your normal self again. In fact, many of you are still really sick!
How could this be?
I, too, took gluten out of my diet after my celiac diagnosis in April 2012, and after months and months of following a strict gluten-free diet, I didn’t feel much better either! I still suffered from painful bloating, embarrassing gas, constipation, unexplained pains and I seemed to catch every cold that went around!
Bottom line: Going gluten-free does not mean you will automatically feel better from whatever fill-in-the-blank ailment that pains you.
I promise you, there is a better way!
