I have so many recipes to add to the Good For You Gluten Free blog – but no time these days to sit down and take care of business. But today I’m sitting down and writing this keeper recipe for you – you’re welcome! It’s a slow cooker (yipee!) recipe using boneless chicken breasts and a slew of asian infused ingredients. I found the recipe online (thank you!) and with a few tweeks, adapted it to be gluten-free. I think we can all agree that gluten-free cooking doesn’t get easier than this recipe.
On the day I made this, my son and I needed to leave the house at 4:00p m and we wouldn’t be back until 7:00 pm. I started making it in the morning so it would be ready before we left. I created two to-go bowls (over rice cooker rice) and my son and I were set for a delicious dinner on the go – no drive thru for us!
